Naukasana:

Also called as Naukasana, Boat Pose or Navasana....
This is one of the easy asanas. This asana stretches the abdominal muscles.
Benifits:
- It helps to improves digestion
- Reduces belly fat
- It strengthens the muscles of the arms, thighs and shoulders.
- It improves the health of all organs in the abdomen especially the liver, pancreas and kidneys.
Asthma and heart patients are advised not to practice Naukasana.
